2.210 Eugene Water & Electric Board – Sale of Surplus Electrical Power – Fixing Rates.
This section is included in your selections.
It shall be the duty of the board to sell to the public, at uniform rates to be fixed by it, any surplus electrical power over and above what may be needed for the operation of the water plant or any other municipal purpose, and to fix rates and prescribe suitable rules and regulations for the operation of the utilities.
