A riverfront research park commission is established to make recommendations to the city and the University of Oregon in connection with the development of the Riverfront Research Park property.

It is the intent that cooperative efforts between the city and the University of Oregon will be focused in this commission, which will provide a forum for public participation and public comment on plans and actions necessary for the development of the Riverfront Research Park property.
