2.520 City Recorder – Custodian of Corporate Seals and Documents.

The city recorder shall be custodian of the corporate seal of the city and may affix the same to appropriate documents issued by the recorder. The city recorder shall also keep and file in the recorder’s office, under appropriate heads, all documents belonging to the city.
