Except as provided by ORS 471.480, 471.482, and 472.215, no minor, either for the minor, or as agent or employee of another, shall sell, offer for sale or deliver an alcoholic liquor, nor shall a person employ, hire or engage a minor to sell, offer for sale or deliver alcoholic liquor.
