4.210 Licensee Responsible for Acts of Employees, Etc.

A licensee is responsible and liable to prosecution for violation of a provision of this chapter pertaining to the licensee’s licensed premises and for an act or omission of a servant, agent or employee of such licensee in violation of a provision of this chapter.
