4.345 Exemption for Livestock, Rodeo Animals and Commercially Grown Poultry.

Unless gross negligence can be shown, the provisions of sections 4.335 and 4.340 shall not apply to the treatment of livestock being transported by owner or common carrier, animals involved in rodeos or similar exhibitions or commercially grown poultry.
