It shall be an unlawful practice for any person to penalize or discriminate in a manner prohibited by sections 4.613 to 4.640 or to engage in a reprisal or retaliation against an individual because that individual in good faith has opposed the use of a practice forbidden by sections 4.613 to 4.640, or has filed a complaint, testified, assisted or participated in an investigation, proceedings, or hearing under sections 4.613 to 4.640, or has attempted to do so.
