5.260 Action by Police Officer, Parking Control Officer or Community Service Specialist.

Whenever a police officer, parking control officer or community service specialist shall find a motor vehicle parked unattended with the ignition key in the vehicle in violation of section 5.255, the officer is authorized to remove the key from the vehicle and deliver the key to the person in charge of the police station.
