6.700 Ozone Protection – Intent.
This section is included in your selections.

The intent of sections 6.700 to 6.725 is to reduce the sale and use of ozone depleting products within the city of Eugene. These sections attempt to accomplish this goal through:

(a) Educating the public about ozone-depleting products and alternatives to those products; and

(b) Prohibiting the sale and use of certain ozone-depleting products for which safe and cost-competitive alternative products exist.
