6.715 Ozone Protection – Exemption for Use of Existing Inventories.

The prohibitions on use of ozone-depleting products contained in section 6.710 shall not apply to use of any such products owned by the person at the time that the prohibition takes effect. Nothing in this section shall exempt the sale of such materials from the prohibitions contained in section 6.710.
