The city attorney, upon request of the city manager, shall institute any necessary legal proceedings to enforce the provisions of this land use code. The proceedings may include, but are not limited to, suit in circuit court to prohibit the continuance of any use, occupation, building, structure, or sign or the carrying on of other conduct or activities in violation of any provision of this code.
