9.8435 General Requirements.
This section is included in your selections.
Unless waived by the planning director, the application shall be prepared by one or more of the following professional:
(1) Oregon licensed architect.
(2) Oregon licensed civil engineer.
(3) Oregon licensed landscape architect.
(4) A member of the American Institute of Certified Planners.
